Zhang Wenxian, mayor of Jinjiang City, presided over the opening ceremony. Liu Wenru, member of the Standing Committee of the Quanzhou Municipal Party Committee and Secretary of the Jinjiang Municipal Party Committee, said in his speech that the Food Fair is an important platform to promote the collaborative development of the food industry between Jinjiang and Taiwan, and it is also a frontier window for deepening cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan. In recent years, the exhibition specifications have been improved year by year, internationalization has become more prominent, and the influence and brand effect have been expanding. In particular, this year's Food Fair is the first time that the Ministry of Commerce has approved the professional exhibition of leisure food to be held as scheduled, and it has been unveiled in the exhibition hall of the new international standard, and the main venue has been moved to the Jinjiang International Convention and Exhibition Center, which is also the third convention and exhibition center in the province, and the exhibition has attracted nearly 700 enterprises to participate in the exhibition.




Different from previous years, this year's Food Fair has a clearer positioning. The main venue was moved to the Jinjiang International Convention and Exhibition Center, the third largest in Fujian Province, for the first time, and the exhibition was set up online and offline. It is worth noting that the exhibition area of the food fair increased by 18000,243 square meters compared with the previous session, and the number of enterprises exhibited increased by <> compared with the previous session.
