1. Registration Instructions

1. Definitions

1.1. An applicant is an applicant who intends to sell goods and services to the recruiting company.

1.2. Supplier means the seller of goods and the provider of services determined by the recruiting company after evaluation.

2. Qualification requirements of the registered enterprises:

2.1. Have an independent legal personality, if there is a three-in-one certificate, it is sufficient to provide the business license issued by the administrative department for industry and commerce, if there is no three-in-one, it is necessary to provide the business license of the legal person and a valid tax registration certificate issued by the administrative department for industry and commerce; The registered capital is more than RMB 100 million (including RMB 100 million).

2.2. Have the business scope of goods or services required for the exhibition, and the products and services supplied shall comply with national and industry standards.

2.3. Possess the relevant qualifications stipulated by laws, regulations and policies of people's governments at all levels.

3. Documents to be provided at the time of registration:

3.1. The applicant must provide a copy of the business license of the enterprise, a copy of the ID card of the legal person, a power of attorney and a copy of the ID card of the representative, a description of the business status, and all the required materialsStamped with the official seal, all originals for future reference. If the goods and services are required to qualify, the qualification certificate and supporting materials should be provided together with the registration.

3.2. Provide in writing the brand name, main technical parameters, quotation of goods, and cooperation plan of the main items involved in the goods and services.

3.3. Contact information of the applicant (telephone, mobile phone, e-mail address).

3.4. The applicant shall send the information documents to the person in charge of our company (contact information is attached) and send the electronic version to before the deadline of the recruitment project (inclusive).yuezong.wang@jjcec.com, it will not be accepted after the deadline.

4. The applicant can provide the reputation, honor, performance and other supporting materials of the enterprise when registering, and can also provide the successful cases of the registered enterprise so that our company can register for registrationEnterprises have a further understanding.

5. The applicant guarantees the legitimacy and authenticity of the materials provided, and if any false materials are provided, once found, the registration will be invalid, and our company will cancel the registration qualification. If it is found after being identified as a supplier, our company has the right to unilaterally terminate the contract.

6. Regardless of whether the applicant is finally identified as a supplier, the registration materials will not be returned, and all applicants are requested to make a backup of the materials.

7. Our company will be based on the needs of all exhibitions or activities in the convention and exhibition center throughout the year, combined with the cooperation plans and quotations provided by the registered enterprises, according to the comprehensive evaluation of the procedures, the best cooperation, and the determination of partners. The two parties signed a cooperation contract. If it is not determined as a supplier, our unit will not notify you separately and will not need to pay any fees.

8. Our company has the final decision on the determination of suppliers, and the registered enterprises that have not been identified as suppliers have no right to raise objections to our unit, and our company does not need to ignore or reply to such objections.

9. Due to policy changes, specific implementation plan adjustments, etc., the goods and services required for the exhibition may be adjusted in quantity, content, cancellation, etc. We will not notify you of this change. Therefore, the inconvenience caused by the change to the registered enterprises and potential registered enterprises does not constitute a breach of contract by our unit, and our unit does not need to bear any liability for breach of contract.

10. Our company has the final right of interpretation to the extent permitted by law.

11. All applicants must carefully read this registration notice. Those who do not agree are not allowed to register. Once registered, it means that the applicant has carefully read the registration instructions, fully understands the content, and fully agrees with all the contents of the registration instructions and agrees to abide by them.
